Since ascending to the papacy eight months ago, Pope Francis has turned heads for a number of (relatively) progressive positions on topics like homosexuality, atheism, and contraception. Today, the Pope's release of his first "apostolic exhortation" — a kind of official Pope wish list for Catholicism — continued that trend.
